The active ingredients in this peel combine to inhibit melanin synthesis and intervene in the pre-synthesis processes, directly inhibiting the enzyme, tyrosinase, and degranulating the intra-keratinocyte pigment. As a result, the epidermal turnover is encouraged and the pigmented cells are removed.
