Our Diode Laser Hair Removal System uses the optimal wavelength for hair removal, allowing for deep penetration right into the dermis where the hair follicle is located. A series of low fluence, high repetition pulses generate heat in the treatment area. This heat is absorbed by the hair follicle, destroying it in the process and subsequently preventing re-growth.

To achieve the best results possible, it is important to understand that hair grows in three cycles; anagen, catagen and telogen. At any one time, only roughly 10-25% of hair is in the anagen cycle, the growing phase in which the hair follicle is attached to the body’s blood supply. Laser Hair Removal can only result in the destruction of the hair follicle when the hair is in the anagen cycle, which is why multiple sessions are required to achieve optimal results.
