Following Cellulite Treatment;

• Ice can be applied to the treatment area to help bring down any swelling

• Do not wash or take a shower/bath for at least 4 hours following treatment

• Arnica gel can be applied to help diminish any bruising

• Do NOT take any anti-inflammatories (aspirin, Ibuprofen etc) or Vitamin E for 24 hours post • treatment. Paracetamol can be taken for pain relief

• Avoid hot tubs, saunas and massage for 48 hours post treatment

• Avoid direct sun exposure 2 weeks following treatment

Despite Cellulite Treatment being proven as a safe treatment, it is contraindicated in some individuals.

You should not consider having Cellulite Treatment if:

• You are pregnant

• You are breastfeeding

• You have uncontrolled diabetes

• You have active cancer

• You have an active infection or skin disease
